Most of our crew grew up in the Props era; always waiting for the next issue, road fools, or mega tour to come out. GrindWorks Podcast 001

Hey everyone!

We’ve been slowly working on getting set up to bring more content out recently, specifically in the form of a podcast in some way. The setup is at a point that, while still crude, is functional. What better way to figure out what we still need to do than you just start creating? So I (Andrew Vargason) sat down with James Yusczyk and did a trial run through a podcast, and I thought it went pretty well, but there’s obviously a long ways to go, too. Podcast with Brant Moore

In case you haven’t heard, there are some new tariffs that passed and are taking affect now through January, and carrying on indefinitely thereafter. Andrew Vargason sat down on Brant Moore‘s podcast and discussed some possibilities that this could mean for the industry. We also posted a controversial meme on our Instagram about the tariffs a few days prior that made light of them for US manufacturer’s, but the reality is, nobody really knows for sure what is going to happen and how it is going to affect all of us in the BMX industry. Take some time to listen in and educate yourself with your own research afterwards. The podcast does eventually transition into some more general discussion about AV himself (myself?) and about GrindWorks.

Long-Overdue Update – August 2018

It’s been another long period of not posting anything, so here’s what’s new…

We held our annual jams this year already. The flyer’s never made the website, but were all over social media, so I’m sure you saw them. We have had some delays in getting the jam edits out, but I finally got the first one finished up. It’s uploading now, so I’ll be sharing that one shortly.

We are sold out of all stickers right now. Shirt inventory is low. These are good things, as it leaves lots of room for new stuff! We have a fresh batch of GrindWorks Street Lite pegs in-house and ready for your bike! We also have our classic Foundation pegs available still in case you like your bike to be bomb-proof. The online store is in need of some TLC, so DM on Instagram or email at grindworks.av@gmail.com if you need or want something.
